Karen was one of the sweetest people I have known. She started as a work friend and soon was simply "friend". I enjoyed my times with her at conventions and seeing the sights. She was always up for anything in the cities we visited. I will miss her and will think of her often. My condolences to all of you. Shirley - she loved you so much. She was always looking for a new trinket or a different wizard of oz souvenir to get you. Praying for your peace and comfort.

I had the pleasure to get to know Karen while she attended Immanuel Baptist in Little Rock. We were "roomies" when our group went on a retreat and she was just such a sweet person. Although she was quiet, I always enjoyed talking with her. I know she is with our Lord, and happy in Heaven. I pray for God's comfort to surround all who are grieving her loss.

Dear Shirley and Family, Our hearts are broken! We loved Karen first as a friend, and then as our sister whom we grew to love very much. Her service to her patients was extraordinary and beyond belief. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you now and in the days ahead. With heartfelt sympathy, Elizabeth, Lucy, and Jane
